BP Plus is used by over 154,000 customers, handles more than 80,000 transactions per month and maintains over one million active fuel card accounts. Customers can view transactions and control BP Plus services for their fuel card accounts. It’s a crucial part of BP’s business.
I was tasked with the lead UX role of creating a new and flexible user experience which could be adapted to accommodate all future BP Plus functionality, access levels, and user learning curves. The new UI was also designed to give an improved experience by streamlining processes and creating a consistent visual language across the site. I also created a printed document containing detailed implementation guidelines for aiding future development and maintaining consistency.
